Morning Briefing
My day at Ray & Son Heating & Air Conditioning starts bright and early at 7 AM. I grab my coffee and head to our morning briefing, where we discuss the day’s schedule and assignments. Today, I’m tasked with an AC installation in Valdosta and a couple of repair jobs in Nashville and Quitman.
First Stop: AC Installation
By 8:30 AM, I’m at the first job site in Valdosta. The homeowners are excited about their new energy-efficient air conditioning system. I spend the next few hours carefully installing the unit, ensuring everything is properly connected and functioning optimally.
Lunch Break
Around noon, I take a quick lunch break. I use this time to check in with the office and confirm my afternoon appointments.
Afternoon Repairs
After lunch, I head to Nashville for an AC repair. The homeowner reports strange noises coming from their unit. Upon inspection, I discover a loose fan blade, which I quickly repair.
My final stop of the day is in Quitman, where a customer is experiencing poor airflow. I clean the air ducts and replace the air filter, resolving the issue.
End of Day
Before heading home, I make a quick stop at our Adel office to restock my truck with supplies and file my daily report. It’s been a busy day, but knowing I’ve helped keep our customers comfortable makes it all worthwhile.
