Morning Kickoff – 6:30 AM

The day begins early at Relentless Cooling & Heating, as I grab my first cup of coffee and review the day’s service appointments across our Texas service area. Today’s schedule includes stops in Cibolo, McQueeney, and New Braunfels, with a mix of routine maintenance and emergency calls.

First Call – 8:00 AM

Our first stop is in Cibolo, where a family needs their furnace inspected before the cooler months arrive. While Texas winters might be milder than up north, ensuring proper heating is still crucial for those chilly nights.

Mid-Morning Emergency – 10:30 AM

A call comes in from Schertz – an AC system has stopped working during a typical Texas heat wave. We prioritize these emergency calls, especially during summer months when temperatures can be unforgiving.

Afternoon Schedule – 1:00 PM

After lunch, we head to McQueeney for a scheduled heater installation. It’s satisfying work, knowing we’re helping another family prepare for the upcoming season change.

Key tasks throughout my day include:

• Performing detailed system diagnostics
• Explaining maintenance requirements to homeowners
• Providing energy efficiency recommendations
• Installing new equipment
• Conducting emergency repairs

Late Afternoon – 4:00 PM

The day wraps up with a routine maintenance check in Seguin. These preventative services are vital in extending system life and preventing future breakdowns.

End of Day – 6:00 PM

Before heading home, I complete my service reports and prepare the truck for tomorrow. Serving communities from San Marcos to New Braunfels makes every day different and rewarding, knowing we’re helping keep Texas homes comfortable year-round.

This career in HVAC services is more than just repairs and installations – it’s about building relationships with our communities and ensuring comfort in every season.
